More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
